To confirm a reservation we charge a 40% deposit in advance. Cancellations: if you cancel your reservation more than a month before the arrival date the entire amount of the deposit is refunded. If the cancellation is less than a month beforehand, half the deposit is returned. If the cancellation is made last than a week before the reservation date, no refund is given.
